Operation Engineer SharePoint / Azure / M365

As Operations Engineer you are the central hub when it comes to the operation of our SharePoint environments. Reliability is your strength, because your customers count on you. Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of SharePoint platforms
• Conception, implementation, and documentation of collaborative projects in the SharePoint & Microsoft 365 environment
• Consulting of employees around SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Migration of SharePoint farms and solutions
• As part of the team, you will be actively involved in incident, change, release, and life-cycle management of the existing platforms.

Requirements:

• Education and/or training in the field of information technology
• Experience in the operation and engineering of SharePoint environments (SP2013-2019 and SPOnline)
• Knowledge of SharePoint peripheral systems (AD, ADFS, Proxy, SQL) an advantage
• Customer-oriented and confident appearance, high level of service understanding
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good expression in German and English
• High level of social competence and team play
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage
